At AmuMoods, every product is made with attitude and delivered with care. Here’s what you need to know about how your order gets to you—and what happens if something goes wrong.

Delivery Areas
We deliver across Sri Lanka. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All customized orders are made-to-order and will take 2–4 working days to process.
Ready-made items may be dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, deliveries will typically arrive within 2–5 working days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a dispatch notification and a tracking number via SMS or email when your order is on its way.
Delivery Partners
We use trusted courier services and local delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for:
* Custom-printed mugs, clothing, or bags (unless there’s a mistake or defect).
* Items returned due to change of mind.
If There’s a Problem:
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
* The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
* You receive the wrong item or incorrect customization.
To request a return or exchange:
* Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
* Send us clear photos of the issue via email or WhatsApp.
* If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Important Notes
We do not offer refunds for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping addresses.
